•·         B.A. degree from UCD in Sociology and post-graduate degree from California State University, Hayward.

•·         Started business career with J&J pharmaceutical sales and subsequently shifted to brand management with The Clorox Company.

•·         Later co-founded a marketing and advertising firm where was responsible for the creation and strategic launch of the "Silver Bullet", Coors Light Beer, among other successful new products.

•·         Upon the sale of the firm, to Needham, Harper & Steers, managed the product expansion into mainstream grocery for the Hain Food Company until the company was sold to General Foods.

•·         Acquired a portion of the Famous Amos Chocolate Chip Cookie Company, and successfully ran the company until its sale.

•·         Became a partner in a start-up rice company as a condition of the venture funding and grew the business to over $30 million.  Developed first technology to flavor rice cakes.

•·         Later founded a natural food company whose brands were sold to a public company.

•·         Accepted a partnership position with Advanced Research Labs, a private haircare company.  Launched the got2b brand, which remains the leader in the youth styling market.  Helped build company from $60 million to over $200 million. Managed the transaction to sell the company to a major multi-national, Schwarzkopf & Henkel, based in Dusseldorf, Germany.

•·         Transitioned to the acquiring company as Vice-President of International Business for Schwarzkopf & Henkel, managing the business in 56 countries.

•·         Currently preparing to launch a new company comprised of alliances with four multi-national, Fortune 100 companies.  The new business will be based in Sacramento, CA
