Choosing the Right Camp
As a parent or player it is very important and difficult to choose the correct camp. The CRC Soccer Camp Staff has a proven track record of directing quality camps and coaching excellent teams. They have coached many youth players who have become select, competitive, high school, and collegiate coaches. The camp philosophy is to encourage players to have fun, teach them soccer, and provide them the environment to achieve their personal goals.
Coaching Staff
The staff is the single most important ingredient of any soccer clinic. Our staff consists of professional, college, high school and youth coaches. Who are chosen for their teaching ability, as well as former and current players from the CRC and Knights soccer organizations.
Camp History
Established in 1983, as the Soccer School, the camp offered a community-oriented place for conducting youth clinics in rural Elk Grove. Each year since it’s opening, the Soccer School has offered top-notch soccer camps. Additionally, the Soccer School has hosted college classes, college tournament games, adult co-ed league games and other activities. Today the camps are offered only at the Cosumnes River College campus and are operated by the Cosumnes River College Soccer Program. Several alumni of the camps are now in the Olympic Development Program (ODP), high school, and college rosters. CRC’s track record of helping to produce quality players and coaches is unparalleled in the Sacramento area.

“Participating in athletics has always had a positive impact on my life. Many skills and experiences were gained solely by being an active athlete. Athletics has not only provided numerous opportunities, but it has also provided me a significant amount of life long lessons applicable for the real world. Sports and exercise are necessary for the development of our children, and I feel only fortunate to work with young children to provide opportunities to enhance their lives.”
