The Cosumnes River College Physical Education program offers a wide variety of Physical Education classes, including Fitness, Dance, Aquatics, Personal Safety, Individual Sports, Team Sports, Intercollegiate Athletics, and Physical Education Theory classes. The program in Physical Education outlined below is typical of lower-division requirements for four-year colleges and universities (though some requirements tend to vary from college to college). Most Career Opportunities require a Bachelor's degree. Classes beyond the Associate Degree may be required for preparation for transfer to a University program.
