National Restaurant Associaton ManageFirst Program

Cosumnes River College now offers ManageFirst, sponsored by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association.

The Diploma Program offers students:

an industry-recognized credential from the National Restaurant Association and the Educational Foundation;
a Certificate of Completion for each course in the program;
additional scholarship money available for Diploma Program students; and
National certification in sanitation.
