Requests to use facilities must be submitted to Campus Operations on a Facility Use Permit form at least 30 days before the requested date of use (LRCCD Policy R-1412).
Facility Use Requirements
1. Approved Facility Use Permit.
2. Certificate of Insurance - naming Los Rios Community College District as additionally insured.
3. Payment of fees - at least ten days prior to event.
