Anyone is eligible if their gross income is $51,000 per year or less (other restrictions may apply) and need assistance to file their 2012 income tax returns. There also will be assistance available to file prior year returns [2006‐2011]. This service would be valuable for students and others who only need to file an income tax return to obtain a refund.
