Q: How do CRC employees get support with IT resources on campus?
A: Contact the District Help Desk at help@losrios.edu and be very descriptive of the problem, or if you can't contact via e-mail, call 568-3012. Alternatively, you can fill out and submit the help desk request form. The DO Help Desk hours are from 7:00am to 5:30pm Monday thru Friday. If an emergency happens after hours you can contact IT support staff at their direct number, and request assistance by e-mailing the Help Desk and CC'ing the after hours support staff.
Q: Where can I look to see information about IT System outages, especially during off-hours.

Q: How do I get my FAX machine worked on?
A: Contact your equipment service provider as CRC IT does not service FAX Equipment.

A: For Area Office Toshiba Copiers contact Business services, Ron Veri at 691-7240, and for Lab Area Toshiba Copiers refer to the contact information on the copier.
