Equity Training Materials
The following materials are utilized to train CRC employees to serve as equity representatives on hiring committees at CRC. These voting members of the hiring committees work in conjunction with the chair of the committee to ensure adherence with hiring policies and guidelines and to create a fair and equitable hiring process that includes a 'broad-based' definition of the best candidate and the assessment of candidate's cultural competence throughout the hiring process.
