This is for those students who attended a California high school for 3 or more
years and graduated - but have left the State, returned and have lost California
residency for fee purposes. AB 540 provides for exemption of non-resident fees
until residency is re-established. It does not, however, allow students to qualify
for the Board of Governors Fee Waiver.

Office. Depending on the severity of the academic and/or progress performance,
a student may need to meet with the Dean of Counseling prior to submitting the
petition to Admissions & Records.
After you have repeated a course in which you previously earned a D, F, NC, or NP, use
