Applications
You will need to complete and submit applications for financial aid if you want to receive grants, loans, or in some cases scholarships. Your eligibility for aid is based on the information you provide on the applications. Fill them out carefully.

The FAFSA (**) and Fee Waiver (**) forms are available online so you can apply electronically rather than mail in a paper application. We highly recommend that you print a copy of any application you complete online. There is usually a print option at the end of the application.
You may file either the FAFSA, the Renewal FAFSA, or the FAFSA on the Web with the federal processor. Be sure to indicate Cosumnes River College, code #007536, in Step Six on the FAFSA.
Please note: Although the Admissions and Records Office does not require that you supply a Social Security number on your application for admission, you will need to provide your SSN on the application for admission if you plan to file a FAFSA and want Cosumnes River College to receive it. If you have already applied for admission and have not reported your SSN on your application, please contact the Admissions and Records Office if you would like to report it.
