On the Recalculation Date listed above for each term, your financial aid eligibility will be recalculated based on units which you are actively enrolled prior to that date.
If you failed to stay enrolled in the number of units for which you were paid for the term, you will be billed for the amount unearned.
If you have dropped below the required number of units after receiving your financial aid, there are late starting classes you may add to make up for the deficient units. Be sure to contact this office for assistance, especially if you are currently receiving aid on Financial Aid Probation status and/or on an approved petition/appeal. The last day to enroll in classes is prior to the date listed above for each term.
No enrollment adjustments to your Financial Aid award will be made for any subsequent units added after the above date for each term.
If you are required to repay, you will be sent a separate notice to repay the unearned amount. If you failed to repay or failed to make satisfactory repayment arrangements with us, your overpayment will be reported to the U.S. Department of Education; which will disqualify you from receiving future financial aid until you resolve the overpayment with the U.S. Department of Education.Additional Information
All financial aid checks will be mailed to the address indicated on your ADMISSIONS RECORD and will not be available for pick up. No Exceptions!
To ensure proper mailing of your check(s), compare your current address with the address on your most recent registration information. If you need to update your address, please submit a Change of Address Form to the Admissions and Records Office and the Financial Aid Offece at Cosumnes River College. Also, notify the Financial Aid Office of any other changes.
