California Dependents of Veterans College Fee Waiver Program

Students who are dependents of a veteran with a service-connected disability or who died of a service-connected cause may be eligible to receive a waiver of tuition and registration fees through this program. Application forms may be obtained at the CRC Veterans Services Office or by contacting your local county veterans services officer, listed in the telephone directory under "County Government". Once you receive your approved "Letter of Authorization", you should submit it directly to CRC's Financial Aid Office in order to have your enrollment fees, Student Representation Fee, and half of the mandatory student RT Pass fee waived.

Be sure to work with the county veterans services office to ensure that the approved waiver will be valid for the semesters you will be attending CRC. You must renew this waiver each year. Contact the Financial Aid Office for more information at (916) 691-7325.
