Q: How do CRC employees get support with IT resources on campus?

A: Contact the CRC Campus Help Desk via web form at http://www.crc.losrios.edu/helpdesk and be very descriptive of the problem, or if you can't contact via the web form, call 691-7486.  The Campus Help Desk hours are from 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday thru Friday.  If an emergency happens after hours you can contact IT support staff at their direct number, or request assistance by using the web form link above.  District IT Support for District Office centrally managed resources is just a click away: Employee Self Service (ESS), D2L, Canvas, PeopleSoft, Email, and  Unified Communications - Lync, Unified Messaging, phones,

A: Contact your equipment service provider as CRC IT does not service FAX Equipment.

Q: Who do I contact for my Toshiba copier repairs/toner servicing?

A: For Area Office Toshiba Copiers contact Business services, Ron Veri at 691-7240, and for Lab Area Toshiba Copiers refer to the contact information on the copier.

Q: What do I do with old copier and printer toner cartridges?

A: Old ink cartridges can be recycled at the Bookstore, or Facilities, recycle bins; copier toner is recycled with Receiving, and printer toner is recycled with IT's Encompass Vendor.
