years and graduated - but have left the State, returned and have lost California
residency for fee purposes. AB 540 provides for exemption of non-resident fees
until residency is re-established.

Effective for the summer/fall 2014 registration cycle, students with more than
90 degree-applicable units completed within the Los Rios Community College
District and students with two consecutive terms of probation or dismissal will
no longer be eligible for priority registration.
After you have repeated a course in which you previously earned a D, F, NC, or NP, use
this form to request that the substandard grade not be calculated in your grade point
