Dual Enrollment Header

CRC's Elk Grove Center offers sequenced college classes available to eligible high school students. Participating high school's have pre-selected courses that lead to completing up to 15 college units by the end of senior year.

Eligibility Header

  • Must have a 2.0 GPA reflected in current grade level by unofficial transcripts.
     
  • Students must be at least 14 years old by the first day of instruction.
     
  • Students must be enrolled in high school at the same time student would
    be enrolled in the college course(s).

 

Benefits Header

  • College classes are held right after your high school day on your high school campus.*
    *Cosumnes Oaks High School students will have class at the Elk Grove Center.
     
  • Classes are pre-selected and apply towards an Associate degree and/or Bachelor degree
     
  • Class schedule is provided for you each semester. All courses are pre-determined for each participating high school.
     
  • Some courses may count for college credit and high school credit (varies by high school and course subject/level)

How to Apply

First-time Applicants

  1. Complete an Online Application to CRC.
  2. Complete a file icon.Dual Enrollment Application online and print.
  3. Get Parent Approval and Signature
  4. Meet with your Counselor and/or Principal for a recommendation signature.
  5. Include required attachments described on application.
  6. Submit completed packet to your high school's D.E. Liaison or to the Elk Grove Center Student Services Office.

Continuing Applicants

  1. Complete the Supplemental Form online in eServices.
  2. Complete a file icon.Dual Enrollment Application online and print.
  3. Get Parent Approval and Signature
  4. Meet with your Counselor and/or Principal for a recommendation signature.
  5. Include required attachments described on application.
  6. Submit completed packet to your high school's D.E. Liaison or to the Elk Grove Center Student Services Office.
